Amplification.
Through customized, strategic partnerships, SEIC leverages its expertise and relationships across sports, entertainment and philanthropy to amplify the missions, stories, and impact of its partners.

SEIC has received a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) to amplify health equity narratives through the power of sports and storytelling.
In partnership with RWJF, SEIC will mobilize athletes, influencers, and industry leaders to elevate stories that often go unheard and expand the infrastructure needed to drive lasting narrative change through sport. SEIC will identify strategic storytelling opportunities tied to major sports moments, increasing visibility for RWJF research and resources, and amplifying stories highlighting health equity. SEIC will engage sports industry leaders through research briefings, industry events, and digital platforms to expand the reach of RWJF tools, resources, and research.

How Sports Can Amplify What Gen Z Cares About

Gen Z is tuned in and new research shows that sports and gaming are uniquely positioned to reach them on the issues they care about most.
On April 29, 2026 SEIC brought together RWJF's national teen survey on sports, gaming, and social issues with Parity's research on Gen Z fandom and women's sports, bridged by the voice of Emma Schieck, 2x Paralympic Gold Medalist on the U.S. Women's National Sitting Volleyball Team and reigning World Cup Gold Medalist and MVP. Learn why Gen Z is inclined to start conversations after athletes speak up. Together, these findings offer sports industry leaders and those working to reach Gen Z with a roadmap for translating what this generation is telling us into meaningful action.
