MLB Katy Feeney Leadership Awards Professional Development Series
Since 2024, SEIC has led a custom professional development series for the Katy Feeney Leadership Awards program in partnership with Major League Baseball.
​
Annually through the program, MLB recognizes one exceptional female employee in the front office at each of the 30 MLB Clubs, one from the Office of the Commissioner, and one from MLB Network to support career development, networking, and opportunities for advancement.
​
SEIC, in collaboration with Major League Baseball, delivers a series of in person and virtual interactive sessions. These conversations focus on vital topics such as leadership and balance, designed to empower and inspire these impactful leaders to continue changing the game.
FundPlay Foundation Accelerator Program
Starting in 2025, SEIC partnered with FundPlay Foundation to develop and facilitate a custom accelerator program for a select cohort of Sports Based Youth Development (SBYD) leaders and organizations.
Over a nine month period, SEIC is delivering a custom learning and networking experience specifically designed to support FundPlay’s commitment to SBYD organizations. The turn-key program management includes everything from application development and curriculum design, to virtual learning sessions, evaluation and reporting.
